We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide to us:

• Contact enquiry data — full name, email address, company name, phone number, site/project location, and your message. This is submitted when you use our contact form.
• Analytics data — if you accept cookies, we collect anonymised page-view data (page visited, device type, browser, referrer) using Google Analytics 4 and our own server-side analytics. We do not collect your full IP address; we use a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser.

We do not sell products directly through this website. We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data as defined by Act 843.

We may share your personal data with:

• Our technology partners (e.g. Strata Worldwide, Industrial Scientific, Gorman-Rupp) to prepare a technical response to your enquiry — only with your knowledge and where relevant to your request.
• Resend (email delivery service, USA) — to transmit your enquiry to our team. Resend processes email headers and content as a data processor on our behalf.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, if you have accepted analytics cookies. Google may process data in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. Data retention

Contact enquiry data is retained for up to two years from the date of enquiry, or longer if a procurement relationship is established (in which case it is retained for the duration of that relationship plus seven years for accounting purposes). Analytics data is retained for 26 months within Google Analytics and 12 months in our own database, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights under Act 843

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used (this notice).
• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it.
• Withdraw consent for analytics processing at any time (via cookie settings in your browser or by declining on our cookie banner).

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside Ghana — specifically by Google (USA) for analytics and by Resend (USA) for email delivery. Both providers are bound by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to at least the standard required by Act 843.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Our servers are password-protected and access-controlled. Contact form data is transmitted via Resend's encrypted API and stored in our database behind authentication. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Children

Our website is directed at business professionals in the mining and heavy industry sectors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
