Who Are We
Eden BizProcure Limited is a fully owned Ghanaian private limited liability company registered under the laws of Ghana, with office at H/No. C 389/12, Tema Christian Centre AG Street, Community 12, Tema-Ghana. We intend to adhere to laws and regulations governing companies under the company’s code 1963 and all filing requirements. The company has embarked on a process to put in place international standards and strong corporate governance structures to ensure transparency and legalities of its operations.
All aspects of the company services would be conducted in accordance with regulations currently present and those to be determined in the future. We also intend to abide by the International labor laws and the statutory laws of all Countries or jurisdictions we operate in.
As a company, Eden BizProcure specializes in a service molded to specific customer requirements including but not limited to Procurement and Supply Chain Management, logistics, Export and Import of Goods and Services, and General Trading, and customs formalities.
At Eden BizProcure we offer an integrated and easily scalable service that allows our clients to focus on their business activities and strategy while we manage the end-to-end acquisition process. We therefore seek to help our client reduce total acquisition cost while creating a lean and efficient supply management process.

An effective procurement and supply chain is a critical success factor in driving competitive advantage for Eden BizProcure and driving benefits for our customers.
To achieve this, we will apply a consistent procurement process in selecting and using suppliers, so that we:
- Manage business and financial risk, derive maximum value from our spend, through appropriate procurement strategies and supplier selection criteria, such as low cost, technically acceptable or best overall value, whilst mitigating risks to business and customer objectives and meeting our customer service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to maximise and deliver sustainable value to Eden BizProcure and our clients, maintain the integrity of our procurement process and drive continuous improvements.
- Comply with laws and regulations and other requirements applicable to Ghana and the locations in which we operate our business.
- Reflect our ethical standards and code of conduct throughout our supply chain and ensure that sourcing initiatives are fair and ethical to Eden BizProcure, and the participating suppliers consider social and environmental and other factors important to our clients and the communities within which we operate in the supply chain.
